Desired Skills and Specializations

• Welcome each guest with a warm smile, friendly greeting, using the guest's name.
• Actively listen and respond positively the questions, concerns, and requests
• Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Handle sensitive issues with guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
• Process all operations at the front desk
• Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office,or related professions.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English; any other language is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
